Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize ML feature development opportunities
Develop and implement ML models and algorithms to power these features
Optimize model performance and accuracy through testing and iterative development

In less than a year since leaving public beta, 100+ enterprise teams-including HubSpot, ServiceNow, and Instacart-use Capsule to create high-quality, on-brand video content at scale.
In this role, you will work closely with our founders and product and engineering teams to design, implement, and deploy ML models that power new and improved features for our product.

3+ years of experience as an AI/ML engineer in a commercial software development setting
Computer Science or related degree
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection and optimization

Bring new ideas to the table that expand the capabilities of the product and delight customers
