Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
  • No prior professional experience required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel through coursework, internships, projects, or relevant work experience.
  • Required Skills & Competencies
  • Ability to learn new systems, technologies, and reporting tools quickly.

Nice to have

  • Internship, project, or academic experience in finance, accounting, business analytics, economics, mathematics, statistics, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated academic achievement through honors programs, leadership activities, research, internships, or other accomplishments.
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or data analytics tools.
  • Experience with Workday, Planful, or similar reporting and planning platforms.

Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookup functions, data validation, and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this role is $55K - $60K.
