About the role

  • This is a new, high-visibility role reporting directly to the CFO.
  • The right candidate combines deep US GAAP expertise with real experience managing external audits, and is comfortable operating across a multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-standard environment spanning US GAAP and German HGB.
  • English is the company working language across all entities and time zones.

Responsibilities

  • You will own the monthly close process end to end, serve as the primary point of contact for our external auditors and tax preparers, and build the accounting infrastructure that scales with the business.
  • Backed by WM Partners, the company operates across a multi-entity structure spanning the US (Primal Harvest LLC, Prime Consumer Brands LLC) and Germany (Prime6 Brands GmbH), with NetSuite as its system of record.
  • ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a Global Financial Controller to lead the accounting function for Prime6 Brands and its operating entities.

Requirements

  • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.

  • Fluent English, written and spoken (company working language) Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Compensation

  • The annual base salary range for this position is $170,000 - $190,000 USD/year.
