About the role
- Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role plays a key part in keeping common areas and residential units operating smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs in common areas and residential units.
- Support move-ins and move-outs by preparing common areas and assisting with logistics.
- Assist with general building upkeep, porter duties, and package handling when needed.
- About the Role We're looking for a dependable and service-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance operations of a luxury condominium community.
Requirements
- Serve as backup support to the Maintenance Supervisor when required.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in residential facilities is a plus.
