About the role
- We've found product-market fit building support automation for IT teams and that's just the beginning.
- We're hiring a Product Lead to help us achieve our broader vision: building the definitive operating system for operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more product areas, from strategy through shipping
- Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality product at pace
- Help shape the product culture at Console and push the boundaries of what it means to build product in the age of AI
- Equally comfortable urgently troubleshooting a P0 bug and developing a product strategy for entering a new market
- building the definitive operating system for operations teams.
- You'll work closely with our Head of Product, design, and engineering to own product areas end-to-end and help define how great products get built at Console.
Requirements
- We reward impact, not credentials or years of experience.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience in product management launching and scaling technical products
- founder background and/or B2B SaaS experience is a plus
- Strong technical background with experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams to ship complex products
- Deeply curious with a growth mindset - the current rate of change in AI and software is exciting to you and you want to be in the thick of it
- Great taste - you have strong opinions about how software should work and sweat the details
