About the role
- As we 5x headcount in 2026, leverage is everything: the dashboards, tools, and AI agents that make every person on the team meaningfully more effective.
- You will be the person who answers that question and ships the agent.
Responsibilities
- Build internal dashboards that give every team clear visibility into the metrics that matter.
- Design and ship AI agents that automate repetitive work across sales, CS, and operations.
- Develop internal tools and workflows that remove bottlenecks as we scale.
- Partner with team leads to identify the highest-leverage automation opportunities and prioritize ruthlessly.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agents (production work or substantial side projects both count).
- prior experience at a high-growth startup, past founder, strategy consulting before moving into building, or deploying AI agents in production.
