About the role
- Ensures that all paint work is carried out in accordance with Company procedures and policies, manufacturer's technical data, as well as FAA regulatory guidelines.
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provides instruction and on-the-job training to assigned personnel.
- Submits work to Quality Assurance for final inspection and re-certification of airworthiness.
Requirements
- Assists in the maintenance of records and technical data required by the FAA.
Skills
- Internet, Component Control.
- Advanced knowledge of paint processes and products (lacquers, enamels, epoxies, urethanes, and acrylics) is necessary.
- Knowledge of blueprints and diagrams.
- Understand technical management and quality assurance procedures.
- Able to train and transfer knowledge.
- Repair assignments may occasionally require heavy lifting.
- Incumbent should be knowledgeable in operation of man-lift equipment.
- Individual will be subject to the Respiratory Fit Test.
- Incorporates Lean and P3E processes and concepts into daily activities.
