Requirements

  • 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Nice to have

  • MBA, graduate degree, or equivalent practical experience in a technical, quantitative, or business field.
  • Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the "big picture" to executive teams, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details.
  • This team sets a go-to-market strategy, shapes priorities to accelerate growth, and commercializes the next generation of Ads products.
  • Embedded globally and across major Ads areas, team members are investigative and pragmatic.
  • This role sits within Global Business Strategy and Operations (GBS&O), which accelerates Google's performance through four core functions: a) GBO/GTM Chief of Staff
  • b) Strategy and Planning
  • c) Ads Policy, Risk and Compliance
