Responsibilities
- Manage, market and sell a national portfolio of REO assets.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of the assets, collaborate with product on capital projects (Bulk sales) and property management.
- Manage processes involved within pre-listing to close time frame.
- Processing requests for modifications of documents, funding requests and other situations requiring the Asset Manager's analysis.
- Supervise and drive property managers to maximize value and profitability.
- Evaluate property valuation information, reconcile and/or support recommended changes working in close collaboration with appraisers.
- Develop strong relationships and proactive lines of communication with clients, colleagues and third parties.
- Experience in foreclosure processing, auction support, real estate operations, or mortgage servicing
- Ability to manage moderate to high workloads without errors
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking, basic reporting)
- Experience working directly with foreclosure attorneys, closing attorney firms, trustees, or auction platforms
- Familiarity with sourcing property data from county websites and public records

Compensation
- Competitive salary of $22 to $22.50/hour
