  • Define and structure the core problem, understand status quo & competitive dynamics, define ambitions and value proposition and create recommendations for key actions to solve the problem
  • Develop compelling and concise storylines to communicate team's recommendation; prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership
  • Develop a team of associates and managers to constantly improve and help them grow their career
  • Insights generation: Work with your team and analytics/ data science support to define smart analyses and generate new, compelling insights. V isualize in simple and compelling ways. Use the insights to develop key recommendations grounded in data

Requirements

  • O utstanding analytical capabilities (quantitative and qualitative), ability to define relevant analyses in a hypothesis-driven approach, generating new & groundbreaking insights grounded in data
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate strategy clearly and simply.
  • Comfort in reaching out and prioritizing cross-functional collaboration in a highly matrixed environment
  • Comfort in handling uncertainty
  • Proven leader with at least 7+ years of work experience. experience at a top strategy consulting firm is a must;
  • Leaders who spent at least 2-3 years at a top strategy consulting company and then advanced their careers for 4-5 years at a startup or corporate
  • Experienced project managers, currently working at top strategy consulting companies. Leaders who spent at least 2-3 years at a top strategy consulting company and then advanced their careers for 4-5 years at a startup or corporate

  • The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
  • $178,800 - $238,700
  • Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
  • If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
