Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the common areas of the community association, HOA, or resort to meet property standards.
- Perform light maintenance on the common areas of the property, such as changing light bulbs, tightening door handles, and touching up painting.
- We're in hospitality and our schedules can change based on guest and homeowner needs. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. We require flexibility to support this.
Requirements
- Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently and follow instructions regarding priorities of tasks or functions.
- Reliable transportation required.
Compensation
- $15 / hour. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate's skill, experience, education and/or location.

- This is a seasonal position.
- Employment dates begin as soon as 5/15/26 and work through end of season on or around 10/15/26.
- As a part-time, seasonal position, exact schedule and hours are varied based on the needs of the business and may fluctuate from one week to the next.
