Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related IT field
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration and LDAP
Expertise in client platform management including Kandji, JAMF, Intunes or Ivanti Go
Familiarity with videoconferencing equipment and associated services
Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or n8n
Ability to lift and handle standard IT equipment including monitors and network devices
Proven experience in a similar technical role within a fast-paced organization
