About the role

  • The vision of Elevate Life Preschool is to foster a lifelong love of learning in each of our students.
  • ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Department Assists the Director in the responsibility for the overall daily operation of the preschool program.
  • Answers and responds to incoming phone calls and emails, as well as responds to voicemails.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains and monitors enrollment numbers and waiting lists.
  • Prepares and maintains emergency contact lists.
  • Prepares and maintains emergency binders, bags, and all First Aid Kits.
  • Prepares and maintains weekly student sign in/out sheets.
  • Manage new and existing student accounts in Procare.
  • Prepares, organizes, maintains, and manages all aspects of student registration and enrollment including but not limited to, new family registration, priority enrollment of currently enrolled families, offers of enrollment and all follow up, scheduling and leading school tours, and acting as the first point of contact for the preschool.
  • Maintains medication logs and administers medication to students, as needed.
  • Maintains visitor log, as needed.
  • Develop internal systems and procedures that advance instructional quality and enrollment.
  • Creates posts on social media accounts and sends out monthly updates and schoolwide newsletter.

Requirements

  • Maintains current student files, hard and soft copies, as required according to Texas Minimum Standards for Child-Care Centers.
  • Follows up with parents, as needed, to obtain required documentation.

  • Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
  • Strong project management or organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MSOffice Office Suite.
  • Must be proficient in understanding and following Texas Minimum Standards for Child-Care Centers.
  • ProCare Software experience, a plus.
