About the role

  • The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $133,000.00 and up to $184,000.00.
  • The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Chime Engineering is growing rapidly as we scale to support the financial needs of our members.
  • Build and iterate on APIs and UI components that deliver a seamless, high-quality member experience in Chime's mobile app
  • Partner with product, design, data science, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand member needs, define experiments, and ship solutions that move key membership metrics

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Ruby on Rails or comparable frameworks
  • Familiarity with modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, React Native, or TypeScript-based frameworks)

Compensation

  • The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $133,000.00 and up to $184,000.00.
  • The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
