Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10-15 years of experience in systems engineering, product development, or technical program leadership
Proven ability to translate customer needs into system requirements and architectures
Expertise with systems engineering methodologies and tools (e.g., requirements management, MBSE)
Ability to integrate across multiple engineering fields and identify system-level challenges early
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, presentation software, Outlook)

The base salary range for this position is $131,644.40- $197,466.60 per year.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
