About the role
- - You'll develop, review, and manage project-specific Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Plans in alignment with the Global Construction Safety Policy and OSHA regulations.
- - You'll lead the development and implementation of cost control systems, plans, and procedures across project portfolios.
Responsibilities
- You'll lead the development and implementation of cost control systems, plans, and procedures across project portfolios.
- You'll prepare and maintain detailed cost reports, dashboards, and forecasts for project leadership and stakeholders.
- You'll partner with project management, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to coordinate all aspects of cost control.
- You'll lead and mentor cost control team members, fostering professional development and accountability.
- You'll drive process improvement and standardization in cost management practices and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
- 7+ years in project cost control or financial analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role supporting large capital or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, earned value management (EVM), and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems and expert use of Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and communicate financial implications.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
- 10+ years in project cost control or financial analysis, with at least 8 years in a leadership or managerial role supporting large capital or industrial projects.
- Advance knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, earned value management (EVM), and financial reporting.
- Advance proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems and expert use of Microsoft Excel.
- You'll identify cost variances, potential risks, and savings opportunities, proposing corrective actions as required.
Nice to have
- Background in life sciences, manufacturing, construction, or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
Compensation
- $120k-$180k
