About the role

Translate technical findings into clear recommendations, business implications, and next steps
Apply scientific and packaging principles to new products, materials, processes, and technical challenges
BS or MS in Packaging, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Bachelor's degree plus minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or master's degree plus minimum 4 years of relevant experience, or PhD degree plus 3 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of packaging materials, equipment, material interaction, and packaging test methods
Strong understanding of modified atmosphere and thermoforming.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skill s
Ability to coach, guide, and motivate others

$89,800.00 - $112,200.00
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
