The Heritage Automotive Group is looking for a Registration Clerk to join our Accounting team!
If you're highly organized, enjoy working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, and take pride in getting the details right, we'd like to meet you.
Whether you're looking to start a career in accounting or expand your administrative experience, this position offers an excellent opportunity to learn the dealership business and grow within our organization.

Copy documents and assemble packages for banks, State Motor Vehicle Department and file or forward to the appropriate party.
Maintain inventory logs and perform other related accounting tasks as assigned.

Ability to deal effectively with other company personnel.
Strong math and analytical problem-solving skills.
A keen eye for discrepancies and exceptional attention to detail.
Title experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right individual that has a desire to enter the automotive business or has an interest in accounting, as this is an entry-level position within the accounting department.

High school diploma plus one to two years of relevant administrative experience are preferred.
