Responsibilities
- You'll shape how we implement, not just execute someone else's playbook - the methodology, tooling, and best practices are still being built, and you'll help build them.
- You'll own the full implementation lifecycle for a portfolio of pharma and life sciences clients - kickoff to go-live to hypercare.
- You'll manage scope, timeline, risk, and stakeholder communication across engagements that span client IT, brand teams, hub operations, and specialty pharmacy partners.
- When a risk shows up, you surface it early and drive it to resolution across internal and external teams.
- You'll lead discovery sessions to understand each client's program goals, patient journey workflows, and data sources, then document requirements and produce the solution design that guides the build.

- Strong technical fluency - you can hold your own on API integrations, data mapping, system architecture, and configuration logic with client engineering teams.
Requirements
- Coding isn't required, but technical depth is essential.
Nice to have
- You hold a PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Compensation
- The annual salary range for the target level for this role is $140,000 - $175,000 + equity + benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.
