- In this role, you'll shape the next-generation AI consumer experience that helps millions of Chime members understand their money, make smarter decisions, and ultimately, achieve financial progress.
- Success means proving product-market fit, then evolving beyond a standalone surface into something native to every part of the Chime experience - AI that feels integrated, ambient, and always working.
- The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $176,000.00 and up to $244,000.00.
Responsibilities
- You'll operate at the intersection of product, data, and design, translating rapidly evolving AI capabilities into real, user-facing value.
- This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll partner closely with engineering, data science, design, and research to bring new experiences to life-from early concept through launch and iteration.
- Own product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven app experiences across key user journeys
- Partner closely with engineering, data science, design, and research to ship end-to-end experiences
- Drive prioritization across multiple stakeholders, balancing member needs, technical feasibility, and business impact
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data, and design teams
- Define success metrics and run experiments to validate AI-driven product improvements
Requirements
- To thrive in this role, you have
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping consumer-facing product experiences within mobile or web apps, taking ideas from 0→1
- Strong product sense with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive user experiences
Compensation
- The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $176,000.00 and up to $244,000.00.
- The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
