About the role

This individual contributor role is part of the EOR (Employer of Record) Operations team.
As a critical extension of our clients' HR teams, EOR Ops team members navigate and advise on the intricate paths of global employment with unmatched speed, expertise, and precision in over 90+ countries.

Maintain the operations process documents and be able to find automation possibilities to streamline process
We make it possible for businesses of all sizes to recruit, pay, and manage international teams.
