Responsibilities

- Own the full physical operations function end-to-end - facilities, logistics, field workforce, and process infrastructure - across all current and future Hampr markets.
- Run and scale live facility operations and their pickup/delivery logistics, taking over existing teams and continuing to build them out.
- once a site is selected, own execution from construction through hiring, training, and launch.
- Identify the highest-impact opportunities, sequence them deliberately, and redesign labor and process around automation - never automating for its own sake.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes and SOPs that drive consistency, quality, and efficiency at every facility.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing operations leadership team - facility managers, logistics leads, and field supervisors.
