About the role
- Execute the development and execution of integrations between NSPB and NetSuite, including data mappings, transformation logic, and automation processes.
- Apply EPM and NetSuite best practices while working with project teams and customers.
- Contribute to internal initiatives including solution accelerators, knowledge sharing, documentation, and ongoing EPM education.
Responsibilities
- The NSPB Staff Consultant provides technical and functional expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices, and a pragmatic mindset to support the implementation of planning and performance management solutions.
- This individual serves as a hands-on consultant responsible for configuring, testing, and supporting NSPB solutions integrated with NetSuite while working closely with Senior Consultants, Principal Consultants, and Project Managers to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Desire to develop expertise in NSPB, NetSuite, and enterprise planning solutions.
- Passion for remaining hands-on with technology while developing broader consulting and business process expertise.
- Support solution delivery activities throughout all project phases, including discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment.
- Configure and build multidimensional planning models, metadata structures, business rules, calculations, dashboards, and data integrations within NSPB.
- Collaborate closely with in-house development, functional, and project teams to implement customer solutions.
- Support data validation, reconciliation, testing, and deployment activities across NSPB, NetSuite, and related systems.
- Participate in user acceptance testing, training sessions, and post-go-live support activities.
- Manage personal task lists, deliverable timelines, and workstream commitments effectively, communicating proactively with project leads when capacity constraints or timeline risks arise.
Requirements
- Continue developing NSPB product expertise and technical skills across all areas required by customer engagements.
Nice to have
- 2-5+ years of relevant EPM, FP&A systems, ERP consulting, or related implementation experience.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Foundational understanding of finance, accounting, FP&A processes, and business systems.
- Experience participating in software implementation projects, business process improvement initiatives, or enterprise system deployments.
- Experience with NSPB, Oracle EPM, Hyperion, NetSuite Planning, or similar planning and performance management solutions.
- Hands-on NetSuite experience is strongly preferred, including familiarity with NetSuite financial processes and data structures.
- Exposure to technical capabilities such as data integrations, REST APIs, Groovy scripting, calculation logic, or security administration is preferred.
- Experience working with data imports, exports, reconciliations, and testing activities.

- A reasonable estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - 135,000 USD.
- T otal compensation for this role also will include a quarterly incentive plan with the potential for an additional $5,000 to $100,000 per year.
