About the role
- We are seeking an experienced Senior SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.
- This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, integrating, and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions across enterprise environments.
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SailPoint IIQ development, application onboarding, lifecycle management, access certifications, provisioning, and IAM best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions.
- Lead end-to-end IdentityIQ implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Configure and develop workflows, rules, forms, certifications, policies, and provisioning processes.
- Develop custom connectors, REST/SOAP integrations, and Java-based customizations.
- Support identity lifecycle management processes including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows.
- Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and governance frameworks.
- Configure and manage access certifications, separation of duties (SoD), and compliance controls.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions.

- Lead technical projects
Requirements
- Experience with application onboarding, aggregation, provisioning, and certification campaigns.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Services, SQL, and LDAP.
