About the role
- You'll work cross-functionally with teams like Product, Engineering, and Finance - diving into data, improving processes, and helping us solve real-world problems with a bias for execution.

Responsibilities
- Support core connectivity operations - help track and coordinate key workflows across carrier onboarding, pricing updates, and performance monitoring.
- Escalations and Troubleshooting - Take ownership of issue resolution for lower-priority partner escalations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Product, Support) to triage and resolve connectivity issues
- Work with data - gather and analyze metrics to spot issues, identify trends, and support operational decisions.
- Improve processes - document workflows, identify bottlenecks, and help implement more scalable solutions.

- Coordinate with freelancers or BPOs to manage test execution.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in an analytical or operational role - whether in tech, consulting, finance, or a high-paced startup.
- Clear written and verbal communication - you know how to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
Nice to have
- An interest in telecom, APIs, or connectivity is a plus - but curiosity and willingness to learn go even further.
Compensation
- EU: €70,000 - 100,000
- UK: £70,000 - 100,000
- US: $130,000 - 170,000
- You should expect regular time in one of our hubs, as well as occasional travel for team workshops, customer meetings, and Gigs Republic, our bi-annual company off-site.
