Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections of building systems and common areas.
- Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of lobbies, hallways, amenities, and shared spaces.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors, including providing building access and monitoring completed work.
- Support move-ins, move-outs, and freight elevator operations as needed.
- Assist with general property upkeep, package handling, and operational support during busy periods.
- Maintain a safe work environment while following company policies and safety procedures.
- ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a dependable and proactive Maintenance Technician to help maintain the safety, appearance, and day-to-day operations of a luxury residential community.
- In this role, you'll perform preventative maintenance, complete general repairs, support building operations, and help create an exceptional living experience for residents.
Requirements
- Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies when required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on the property.
