Support global accounts by advising on cross-border commercial, contracting, and compliance issues, and contribute to the development of a Global Commercial Center of Excellence.
Oversee and manage outside counsel to ensure high-quality legal support aligned with business objectives and legal strategy.
Identify and assess legal risks and propose balanced solutions that protect and support business objectives.
Manage commercial disputes, claims, and pre-litigation matters in partnership with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
Support policies, training, governance initiatives, and advise on emerging legal developments.
A strategic thinker with an ability to see the big picture and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Experience advising on commercial law and providing independent, practical legal advice to meet strategic objectives.
Experience in ingredients company or food & beverage industry is preferred.
Familiarity with food regulatory law is a plus.
Experience with cross-border transactions.
Litigation or dispute‑management experience involving commercial matters
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

$181,400.00-$241,866.67 Annual
This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
