Responsibilities
- Lead and Develop: You will recruit, train, and coach the Consulting, Booking, and Follow-up teams.
- Conversion Strategy: You will design tactics to achieve booking and consultation conversion rates of ≥ 25%.
- Client Retention: You will lead post-sale initiatives to ensure a retention rate of 90%.
- Winning Mindset: Total orientation toward results and the ability to implement urgency-based incentives (On the Spot Sales).
Requirements
- Experience with CRM systems, contract management tools, and data analysis.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, contract management tools, and data analysis.
- Bilingual proficiency: Spanish/English

Compensation
- What we offer you: Competitive compensation - Annual Salary from $90.000 to $130.000 according to experience in management in Immigration sales teams, plus 50% in performance bonuses.
