About the role

- Job Description Summary The AI Impact Lab Program Assistant provides hands-on leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance for the AI Impact Lab.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Impact Lab Project Manager and Faculty Co-Directors to ensure the pilot meets key milestones, including partner selection and infrastructure setup.
- Coordinate and support guest lecturers and presenters at fall and spring workshops.
Requirements
- It cannot encompass all specific job tasks that an employee may be required to perform.
- Employees are required to follow any other job-related instructions and perform job-related duties as may be reasonably assigned by his/her supervisor.
Skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related Business field.
- Familiarity with ethical AI frameworks and the responsible application of technology.
- Experience working within an academic "experiential learning" or "lab" environment.
- Organize additional spring workshops focused on working with clients.
