About the role
- Become the Sky Trail Course Operator at the YMCA of Central Texas The YMCA of Central Texas is seeking energetic, safety-focused team members to help launch and operate our brand-new Sky Trail® ropes course.
- As a Sky Trail Operator, you will play a critical role in delivering an experience that is thrilling, welcoming, and above all, safe.
- You will be responsible for conducting and documenting daily inspections, monitoring weather and safety systems, maintaining all harnesses and safety equipment, and ensuring ETD kits are properly staged and accessible at all times.

- You must be confident working at heights of 15 feet or more, remain calm under pressure, and respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies when necessary.
