- EHS Specialist III Pay Rate: $35.81/hr on W2 Philadelphia, PA 19112 Long term Contract Work is for Second Shift, any day during the week, Sun-Sat, from 5:00 pm - 1:00 am.
Responsibilities
- With 14+ years of uninterrupted growth, the addition of two brands (Stafforward and PMforward) and a team of more than 1400 resources our teams deliver services for multiple industries from both public and private sectors.
- You will manage site activities as they related to EHS, including contractor management, liaise with the customer (Navy) on EHS matters when necessary, and report into the Power Conversion North America EHS leader.
- Develop and implement site EHS plan.
- Proactively manage and work to reduce Risk, including conducting Safety Risk Assessments, and reviewing employee Pre-Job Assessments.
- Propose and implement improvements and safety defenses for the project.
- Perform site EHS audits and daily walk-through inspections.
- Maintain log of EHS findings and track to closure.
- Manage contractor EHS contract requirements.
- Develop and oversee implementation of electrical and LOTO programs.
- Investigate safety/environmental incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and drive implementation of corrective actions.
Requirements
- Conduct regulatory reporting where required.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Services and Projects.
