Responsibilities

  • Support the review, update, and development of privacy policies.
  • Support our training program requirements organizing and administering onboarding, training, creating training and support materials, and aiding current and new staff across the agency.
  • The Junior Business Analyst - Privacy Compliance Support is responsible for supporting the development, review, and analysis of privacy artifacts, policies and reports, supports privacy status updates and compliance reporting, and assists the Privacy team with system onboarding and privacy training activities.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship is Required
  • Associate's degree and 1 year of experience in an IT environment or 3 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Must be able to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship to get a DHS clearance
  • The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, proactive, and have a solid commitment to meeting critical project timelines, stressing the importance of compliance and the need for a strong understanding of these areas.
