About the role

  • We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, and recommending upgrades for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our residential clients.
  • Our HVAC technicians are customer-service focused, knowledgeable, and work diligently with core values like integrity and accountability to ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety and industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, filter replacements, and system tune-ups, when needed.
  • Maintain accurate service records and document recommendations and repairs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, service and repair.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment.

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Technical school or HVAC certification preferred).
  • EPA certification, and Journeyman's license (a plus)

Skills

  • Operates hand and power tools and vehicles.

Compensation

  • $80,000 - $150,000 USD
