About the role
- This position is not remote, and will be located in Centennial, CO.
- NO SUNDAYS, COMPETITIVE PAY and ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES.
Responsibilities
- Proactively create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates (w/ priority at the Service Advisor, and Certified Technician level) through cold calling, networking, data mining
- Maintain the established recruiting requirements by reviewing store positions, plans and objectives to be discussed on a weekly basis with People Operations Manager
- Communicate with hiring managers and partners of progress and escalate issues as needed
- Actively pursue job specific training opportunities, as well as professional networking organizations that can lead to increased success in role
- Experience/ability to manage the recruitment process from initial request, to working with the business to develop a staffing strategy, to final candidate selection and on-boarding
Requirements
- Experience with all phases of the recruitment life-cycle
- Must be self-disciplined, structured, possess effective communication skills and follow-up
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage several openings
Nice to have
- The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for supporting the recruitment function of Brakes Plus by proactively identifying candidates and creating a pipeline of talent to improve quality of hire and time to fill.
- This position is also responsible for coordinating the recruiting efforts between Regional Vice Presidents, Regional Managers, Store Managers, other various Hiring Managers and the Human Resources Department.
- Assist with the coordination of the TAP, SAT, and BPU programs across the Brakes Plus footprint
- Serve as a Brakes Plus brand ambassador
- Previous experience working within an ATS (SmartRecruiters preferred)
Compensation
- $24-$29 Hourly
- Assist in creation and execution of quarterly open house events, as well as annual career fair schedule
