About the role
- Under the direction of the Manager, Hosted Services the Senior Litigation Data Analyst, Hosted Services provides technical support through KLDiscovery's TechQ's in the use of KLDiscovery's applications (including but not limited to Relativity and Nebula) and provides training and/or technical support to internal and external clients. Essential Functions -
- Serve as a senior-level subject matter expert on RelativityOne and Relativity Server, providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex data loading, processing, and platform configuration issues. - Design, build, and maintain advanced Relativity workspace structures, including complex permissions models, group/user provisioning, and
