Responsibilities
- Serve as the focal point and lead cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products/services from inception to completion (or transition).
- Lead large programs or portions of very complex programs.
- Successfully manage the relationships of all project resources.
- Represent the organization on projects and may perform in a project leadership role.

Requirements
- Travel within the Territory, including Oklahoma and Texas, is required, this equates to 25%
- Establish, track, and audit project budgets, analyze variances, and develop required action plans.
- Utilize Six Sigma and project management methodologies (PMBOK understanding required) to ensure maximum project effectiveness.
- Strong knowledge of Motorola Solutions Astro 25 Public Safety systems.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
Nice to have
- A Bachelor's Degree combined with 6+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or a similar field.
- Experience forecasting and driving revenue through project management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma and other project management methodologies.
- Experience with at least one of the following: Public Safety communications systems, cellular infrastructure, civil construction, Military communications, IT Networks
- PMP and/or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
- PM Masters Certificate a plus.
- Motorola Solutions Field System Integration experience is a plus

Compensation
- $120,000 - $140,000 USD
- Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
