Responsibilities
- Onboard with DPE team building your local development environment, and understand best practices for quality software engineering at Cboe.
- Lead design, development, testing and deployment for at least 1 project supported by senior team mentors to be installed in production before completion of internship.
Requirements
- To be eligible for this internship, applicants must be enrolled in a university or college program and should not be scheduled to graduate before December of the year in which the internship takes place.
- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field and should not be scheduled to graduate before December of the internship year.
- Experience with Python or experience in another language with desire to learn Python.
- Experience with Linux or UNIX-like systems and knowledge of at least one scripting language.
- Experience with Postgres or similar relational databases desirable.
