Our goal is to entertain our audience with fun, light-hearted narratives and entertaining content for general audiences.
A vital component of our business is creating multiple unique stories every week in order to keep our audience engaged.

Use your understanding of YouTube algorithms, audience behavior, and platform trends to shape content that performs-from thumbnail concepts to pacing decisions.
Be available to support weekend review rotations as needed.

Proven ability to craft stories that work on YouTube-you understand narrative structure, pacing, hooks, and what makes viewers click and stay.
Strong directorial instincts with experience directing video content, whether in-game, on-set, or in post-production.
2+ years of experience in video production for digital platforms, with a track record of content that resonates with audiences.
Ability to make creative decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
Knowledge of video editing tools and production workflows.
