Responsibilities
- Use your understanding of YouTube algorithms, audience behavior, and platform trends to shape content that performs-from thumbnail concepts to pacing decisions.
- Be available to support weekend review rotations as needed.
Requirements
- Proven ability to craft stories that work on YouTube-you understand narrative structure, pacing, hooks, and what makes viewers click and stay.
- Strong directorial instincts with experience directing video content, whether in-game, on-set, or in post-production.
- 2+ years of experience in video production for digital platforms, with a track record of content that resonates with audiences.
- Ability to make creative decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Knowledge of video editing tools and production workflows.
