About the role

- This is a founding engineering hire responsible for shaping the core product across the entire stack, from user-facing features to backend systems.
- The ideal candidate thrives on ambiguity, moves fast, and takes real ownership of outcomes rather than waiting for a fully-scoped spec.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship features spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Build APIs and workflows for accounts, projects, billing, and collaboration
- Create frontend experiences that are fast, intuitive, and reliable
- Write clean, maintainable code and documentation for the team to build on
Requirements
- Experience with typed languages, frontend frameworks, backend APIs, databases, and cloud services
- Solid product instincts and ability to simplify complex workflows for users
Nice to have
- Prior experience at an early-stage startup or founding engineering team
- Experience operating without a formal ticket queue or fully-defined spec
