Proactively identify issues, provide clear feedback to the supervisor, and recommend improvements to strengthen equipment reliability and optimize the preventive maintenance strategy.
Support Maintenance Tech 1s when needed.
Communicate findings and recurring concerns to the supervisor and collaborate with senior technicians when troubleshooting complex or repeat problems.
Support equipment installations, upgrades, layout changes, refurbishments, and other improvement initiatives, contributing to successful project execution and continuous operational enhancement.

The Maintenance Tech 2 delivers hands-on technical support for equipment, machinery, tools, furniture, modular offices, and facility systems in low-impact, non-critical environments.
Focused on reliability and customer satisfaction, the Maintenance Tech 2 optimizes costs and resources while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

Track required materials, spare parts, and supplies to ensure efficient execution and minimize downtime.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Skills: Experience with 480v 3 phase power, PLC, fabrication, skyjacks, and man lifts.

The expected base pay range for this role is $28 - $32 an hour + 20% shift differential for night shift.

This position is eligible for a $500 sign on bonus (to be received upon hire) and $1,000 stay on bonus (to be received after 6 months of employment).
Education: Highschool diploma or GED required.
