About the role

Utilize handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems to complete daily transactions and maintain inventory accuracy.
Support the palletization, preparation, and staging of finished goods pallets to meet customer and shipping requirements.
Organize finished goods pallets by customer and shipment requirements; accurately measure, weigh, and record pallet dimensions and shipment information to support transportation planning and ensure a smooth handoff to the Shipping department.
Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, and operational issues to Lead, Supervisors and Inventory Control personnel.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Ability to work overtime as needed.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
If no previous forklift experience, must be willing to be trained on various forklift equipment.
Must be able to successfully pass forklift training program during initial onboarding period.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
Minimum of 1 year of warehouse/distribution center/manufacturing experience.
Experience using sit-down, cherry picker, and swing mast forklift equipment.
Previous experience with SAP.
