About the role

Location and hours - This is a full-time salaried position located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

The Technology Department oversees the entire lifecycle of internal and public software systems and also maintains all technology services and security.
The Software Development and Software Planning teams work closely with all areas of the company to create custom system solutions for daily business operations and to ensure Tekton.com delivers a world-class website experience to users.
The Information Technology team maintains our internet services, manages technology security, and ensures we have the hardware needed to operate; they are the frontline of support whenever any IT equipment or service isn't working like it should.

As a Software Developer, you are a rapid and effective problem solver.
This includes all software systems, from user-facing Tekton.com to internal applications, creating a fast and seamless experience.
Your work will have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
