About the role

Requirements
- Resolution of product dispositioning (scrap, rework, non-conformance records) through direct involvement as well as coordination with peers and other required departments or suppliers.
- Maintain appropriate documentation as required for Quality System activities.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a related field, or 2-3 years relevant experience.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
- Manufacturing experience within a regulated industry.
- Six Sigma and Lean tools such as DMAIC, SPC, process & value stream mapping
- Statistical analysis that includes ANOVA, DOE, Weibull, GR&R, Capability, FMEA, KT and SPC as required.
- Proficiency preferred in use of EtQ reliance software, BabtecQ Inspection software, Windchill Change Management software, ComplianceWire Training software, Minitab or equivalent statistical software.
