- 5-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
- Experience in consumer financial services or money transfer industries preferred.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Compensation
- The base salary range is $135,000 - $150,000 per year.
- This position is eligible for sales compensation and stock incentives align with individual and company performance.
