About the role
- Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.

- Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.

- Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
- We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma and an equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience in patient care or in fast paced in-person patient care or customer care/service roles.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD preferred).
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) required.
- Strong grasp appropriate patient/provider boundaries required.
- Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus).

Compensation
- Starting pay range at $22/hour, with final compensation determined based on education and experience.
