Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation.
Oversee the integration and optimization of ERP, CRM, BI, and other enterprise systems.
Analyze business data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will help shape how AMAX uses technology to improve the way the business operates, connects information, and supports decision-making across the organization.
Lead and manage AI and business systems transformation initiatives across multiple departments.
Research, recommend, and implement AI technologies, enterprise applications, and workflow solutions to enhance productivity and decision-making.
Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical and operational solutions.
Manage system implementation projects, including scope, timelines, resources, testing, and user adoption.
Develop and maintain business process documentation, workflows, and system standards.
Collaborate with IT, engineering, operations, finance, sales, and other departments to ensure successful deployment of solutions.
Provide training and change management support to promote user adoption and process improvements.
Monitor emerging AI technologies and industry trends and recommend innovative solutions to support business growth.
