About the role
- We produce strap, stretch and protective packaging.
- We also manufacture packaging tools and equipment used to apply the bulk packaging materials.
Responsibilities
- 2+ years of field service support experience
- Create monthly invoices.

- Process credit memos and re-bills as required.
Skills
- These commercial packaging products are used to pack, bundle, unitize, protect, and secure goods during warehousing and transit.
Compensation
- The hourly wage for this position ranges from $22.00 - $27.00 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location.
- Starting hourly rate within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.
- This position is responsible for managing field service and customer inquiries in relation to service requests.
- Most commonly coordinating and processing service maintenance agreements by entering specific machines and dollar amounts to accurately reflect accruals and deferrals for accounting.
- Create monthly invoices.
- Work closely with RSM's, sales and accounting when creating or changing contracts.
