In this role, you will support and deliver complex client engagements, collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to the continued growth of Collective Insights through high‑quality client delivery and relationship building.
Support or lead workstreams within enterprise‑level initiatives, contributing to successful delivery across project phases.

Consulting Experience: Prior experience as a Management Consultant with a Big 4 or comparable consulting firm.
Project Experience: Demonstrated experience supporting complex, enterprise‑wide initiatives for large or global organizations.
Client Engagement Skills: Ability to build credibility, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with client teams.
Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.
Additional Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively
Flexibility to work across multiple client environments and functional areas
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Passion for continuous learning, professional development, and growing your consulting craft
