Responsibilities

  • SWBC is seeking a talented individual to develop and maintain our customer interfacing applications and core internal integrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four‑year college or university, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of object‑oriented programming (OOP) principles and modern development practices.
  • Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools and generative AI platforms, such as Anthropic Claude, AWS AI services (including Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and related offerings), GitHub Copilot.
  • Experience integrating or consuming AI/ML models and APIs (e.g., recommendation engines, NLP, classification, forecasting).
  • Ability to apply AI techniques to improve developer productivity, automate workflows, enhance user experiences, or improve data insights.
  • Experience querying and manipulating data using relational databases
  • strong SQL skills required.
  • Knowledge of current testing frameworks, automation strategies, and quality engineering practices.
  • Ability to participate in operational support and on-call rotations as required.Capable of troubleshooting production issues and implementing long-term fixes.
