Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste materials properly.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Perform routine quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain cleanliness in production and storage areas.
  • Support production staff with equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to maintain an efficient operation.
  • This role will focus on assisting with performing general laborer tasks, material handling, equipment support, housekeeping, and basic production tasks to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality operation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to operate machinery safely.
  • Must be able to wear appropriate PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, respirators, and steel-toe boots.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting required.
  • The physical demands and working conditions are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Nice to have

  • Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Previous experience as a chemical operator, mechanic, or heavy equipment operator is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Forklift experience or certification is preferred.
