Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste materials properly.
Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Perform routine quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain cleanliness in production and storage areas.
Support production staff with equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
Perform other duties as assigned to maintain an efficient operation.
This role will focus on assisting with performing general laborer tasks, material handling, equipment support, housekeeping, and basic production tasks to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality operation.

High school diploma or GED required.
Good hand-eye coordination and ability to operate machinery safely.
Must be able to wear appropriate PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, respirators, and steel-toe boots.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting required.
The physical demands and working conditions are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environment preferred.
Previous experience as a chemical operator, mechanic, or heavy equipment operator is a plus.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus.
Forklift experience or certification is preferred.
